About us
Our Name Embodies Our Mission
Terra — the Latin word for earth — reflects our global perspective and our commitment to organizations shaping a more equitable world. 40 honors a timeless symbol of transformation and generational change: the understanding that consequential work unfolds over time, through sustained effort, rather than in singular moments.
Terra40 is a woman and BIPOC-founded global forum engagement agency. We bring strategic expertise and lived experience to organizations that need more than a seat at the table — they need the strategy to make it count.
What We Do
We provide strategic engagement counsel, international event production and management, delegation support, coalition building and management, and integrated campaign management — designed and executed with the cultural intelligence these environments demand.
Every engagement we take on is built around your organization’s specific mission, culture, and community relationships. We don’t apply a universal framework. We build the strategy your work actually requires — one that keeps your voice and your messaging at the center, amplifying who you are rather than smoothing it into something more generic.
Our clients focus on their mission. We build the infrastructure that makes it land.
Who We Serve
We partner with change agents whose work demands presence and influence at the global level: NGOs and advocacy organizations. Coalitions. Foundations. Government agencies. International organizations. Academic institutions. Social enterprises. And social movements — organizations rooted in community power and collective action whose voices belong in the rooms where global policy is shaped.
Our work spans climate and environment, energy transition, global education, Indigenous rights, global health, human rights, finance, and international development.
We work across the forums where global decisions are made — the UNFCCC COP, the CBD COP, the UN General Assembly High-Level Week, the World Economic Forum Annual Meeting, the World Health Assembly, the African Union Summit, Climate Week NYC, and other major international convenings where policy, investment, and advocacy converge across sectors.
How We Work
No two engagements look the same — because no two organizations are the same.
We begin by understanding your mission, your community, your relationships, and what you need this forum moment to produce. Then we build the strategy that gets you there.
For advocacy organizations and NGOs — coalition infrastructure, delegation strategy, and the positioning to get your voice into formal negotiating spaces.
For coalitions — strategic coordination and campaign management that unifies diverse member organizations around a collective voice without flattening the distinct perspectives that make the coalition powerful.
For foundations — convening architecture that advances your institution’s influence and amplifies your grantees’ work.
For government agencies — diplomatic protocol navigation and civil society relationship management that shapes how your presence lands.
For academic institutions — translating research into policy-relevant interventions that resonate with decision-makers in the room.
For social movements — structuring collective power so it is visible, heard, and delivered on your terms and in your voice.
For social enterprises and international organizations — strategic engagement that connects your work to the policy conversations that shape your operating environment.
What stays constant across every engagement is our commitment to your voice. We don’t dilute your messaging to make it more palatable to the room. We build the strategy that gets it into the right rooms and ensures it lands with integrity.

Why the picture? I’m at a global forum envisioning the world I’m passionate about bringing to life—where strategic conversations genuinely shape policy outcomes, and every changemaker has access to world-class forum strategy. I envision global convenings where mission-driven leaders across all sectors can effectively advance the solutions our world needs.
What I believe in. When we transform tentpole events through cultural authenticity and collaborative design, we don’t just attend — we shape global outcomes. Strategic sophistication should be accessible to every changemaker, regardless of sector or size.
Why I do what I do. I founded Terra40 because I kept watching brilliant changemakers attend high-stakes global forums — and struggle to turn those moments into lasting policy influence. Growing up in a multicultural household across three continents taught me that cultural intelligence and authentic relationship-building are the difference between being present and being powerful.
What I do. I set Terra40’s strategic vision — architecting event-based campaigns in which forums serve as catalysts for lasting policy change. I guide our approach of drawing on diverse diplomatic traditions and pairing them with strategic communication support. I oversee our integrated services to deliver tangible results: strategic partnerships, powerful coalitions, and advanced organizational missions.
My theory of change. When changemakers access culturally intelligent strategic support, policy solutions become more collaborative, innovative, and sustainable.
