Our Strategic Event Campaign Approach
We help clients design and implement the most effective event campaigns for creating impactful experiences through data-driven analysis of target audiences, cultural contexts, and diplomatic protocols. This strategic intelligence ensures every touchpoint—from pre-event positioning to post-event influence campaigns—amplifies your mission effectively and creates lasting influence within the venues that shape global policy.
We serve change agents across public and private sectors, including government agencies (national ministries, regulatory bodies, and diplomatic missions), international organizations (UN agencies, multilateral development banks, and regional organizations), and mission-driven organizations (NGOs, foundations, and social enterprises) across health, energy, finance, Indigenous rights, animal welfare, environmental sustainability, and other sectors, ensuring their voices shape global conversations at international convenings, including UNFCCC COP, Convention of Biodiversity COP, UN General Assembly’s High-Level Week, Global Health Forums, World Economic Forum, CERA Week, World Gas Conference, ADIPEC, IUCN World Congress, Regional Climate Weeks, Africa Oil Week, Africa FinTech, SXSW, Climate Week NYC, and other major sector convenings.

Fuzieh Jallow
Founder and CEO
Why the picture? I’m at a global forum envisioning the world I’m passionate about bringing to life—where strategic conversations genuinely shape policy outcomes and every changemaker has access to world-class forum strategy. I envision global convenings where mission-driven leaders across all sectors can effectively advance the solutions our world needs.
What I believe in. That is when we transform tentpole events through cultural authenticity and collaborative design; we don’t just attend—we shape global outcomes. Strategic sophistication should be accessible to every changemaker, regardless of sector or size.
Why I do what I do. I founded Terra40 because I kept watching brilliant changemakers across sectors attending high-stakes global forums but struggling to transform those moments into lasting policy influence. Growing up in a multicultural household across three continents showed me how cultural intelligence and authentic relationship-building make the difference between being present and being powerful.
What I do as CEO. I set Terra40’s strategic vision to architect event campaigns where forums become catalysts for lasting policy change. I guide our approach of drawing on diverse diplomatic traditions and augmenting them with strategic communication support. I oversee our integrated services to deliver tangible results for NGOs, corporations, and mission-driven organizations: strategic partnerships, powerful coalitions, and advanced organizational missions.
My theory of change. When changemakers across all sectors access culturally intelligent strategic support, policy solutions become more collaborative, innovative, and sustainable.
